new requirement process
For a new requirement the following process will be followed.
Using the online system here , a request will be raised and a work-order / reference number generated.
Within 48 hours Bizante will reply with a timescale to review and respond to the request.
The response will include the following:
An estimate of effort required to deliver the request including resources from Bizante and the client.
An impact analysis of what systems may be affected by the request.
What testing will be needed, resources to test and any disruption to “business as usual”.
A list of assumptions and dependencies.
An estimated cost to implement the request including time and materials (e.g. additional hardware / software).
Target date for completion.
Unless otherwise agreed this response should be completed within ten working days.
Upon receipt of the response, The client will review and confirm whether to proceed or not within five working days.
Any changes to the original request or recommendations based upon researching the request will follow the same process outlined above.
tracking progress
The online system should provide the capability to check the status of all outstanding requests with estimated completion date.
The system should show original date with the latest date for completion.
The client may from time to time adjust the priority of outstanding work to meet business pressure etc.
